It’s beyond question that regular exercise is good for us, so why is it so often a struggle to summon the energy and motivation to get moving?
After all, it’s impossible to imagine how all of us aged over 50 are going to make the most of our extra decades if weren’t not in good physical and emotional condition.
Of course, exercise can be a slog, and we’re busy, we’re tired, we’re lazy, etc, etc. But just imagine if all it took was 7 minutes a week to get the essential aerobic exercise we need for good health.
