Nahida tells us everything we need to know about longevity

How many of us think we’re doing OK for our age as far as our health, our vitality and our youthful-good looks go?

 

And we’re probably right. Compared with the average person in the street, most Switched ON Living members are healthier, more energetic, more engaged and more refreshed.

 

But there is another level to longevity and good health, and we’ve come across someone who exactly exemplifies why passive, traditional retirement so sucks.

 

Please meet Nahida Abden. As we can see from this report from Deutsche Welle, Nahida is exploding with positivity.

 

As super impressive as her workout is, it’s clear that her joie de vivre is just as much a part of her regime as any of her exercises.

 

For all us at Switched ON Living, Nahida highlights for the billionth time just how in sync our bodies are with our minds and our hearts, and also just how turbo charged our lives can be when we have all three dimensions firing in unison.

 

There’s no doubt that Nahida is an extreme exception of good health, but hopefully if everything we’ve heard from experts like Dr David Sinclair at Harvard and from Peter Diamandis is correct, then our future should literally look like Nahida.

 

By banishing the traditional retirement mindset into the garbage bin of history, we’re opening ourselves up to a wondrous world of opportunities.

 

In the meantime, whatever Nahida is doing, and whatever she’s thinking, and whatever she’s taking, I want it.
